Each one of us is unique

I had an online friend from abroad block me recently. As I went through the block, I had a lot of self-realisations. Including the fact that no one can replace her. What we have is a unique bond based on philosophical exchanges, deeper conversations about various aspects of life and relationships. Her words of wisdom heal me; she felt like a guru to me. I told her that you purify me.

I finally realised that each one of us is unique. Even when I was interacting with other friends, I noted that I was really talking to them because I was trying to find her in their kind words, because she is very kind. Essentially, I am trying to find her in everyone, but that is not possible because only she can provide what she does to me. Plus, genuine feelings of real love are not possible with everyone.

So I will await her because for me, it's her or none now. Besides, it's not like I can fall in love just like that with anyone, and no one can have my heart, as she has occupied it for eternity now. While others may be as good or even better, no one can replace someone you love. This is mainly the reason why you would feel certain feelings only with certain people.
